Thoughts are Our Life Currency

The Currency Know as Thoughts

Our thoughts are our greatest commodity, they are the currency of our realities. They result of them either creates a debt or credit in our lives, and in turn in all our realities. It affords us the most in life and more importantly our thoughts shape and define our personal realities. It is then hopeful our personal realities will easily and supportively interface and unify in one way or another with other realities. In this the seeds of love are needed. In turn, with the added synergistic seeds of love, our separate reality of thoughts and actions will work together towards a unified goal to form a joint harmonious global reality. Individually our separate realities form our collective reality. Therefore, it is important to recognize how your thoughts hold a tremendous value to our collective reality, our way of life.

The seeds of our thoughts can be either developed mindlessly or mindfully. It is this which will determine the quality of the seeds you are planting in your life and in reality. These thoughts, your personal thoughts, are the seeds of your identity and will eventually manifest when you plant them. The quality of your seed’s growth will be determined by where you plant them, and how you handle planting them, will determine not only what your life produces, but how our global garden will grow and function to sustain humanity.

Mindfulness produces the healthiest and greatest quality of seeds to be planted in the soil of human-reality, whereas mindlessness produces seeds of choking weeds. Mindfulness allows for the planting of harmonious self-nurturing seeds, which nurture the planter of the seeds, the planting of the seeds, and the development of the healthy nurturing fruits of the seeds for everyone.

Mindfulness is a gracious gift to have and use. Mindfulness emanates from self-love. Mindfulness promotes and creates self-healing. Therefore, in turn mindfulness will create a clear, calm, and intelligent if not wise way of being aware of the value of knowledgeable and loving trues. It is this higher quality of seeds, seeds of honest loving truths, which we all need to plant within our own soil of reality for the nurturing of the truth in 2021. So, the fruit of this year’s plantings will benefit the harmonious evolution of humanity. May the planting of the seeds of your thoughts this year bear forth the fruits of health, happiness, and prosperity.

MIND, QUIET PLEASE.

What Do You Mean You Cannot Quiet Your Mind?

When your mind is quite it has created a large welcoming and healing clear space of silence. It has cleared aside the overwhelming clutter of old, used, and confusing recycled thoughts which has taken harbor there and opened itself up to newness. When our mind is cluttered it is also noisy and filled with unresolved thoughts and their fragile emotions from past fears and future worries. These churning thoughts tend to hold the space of our mind as its territory to do with as they please.

Going into silence is like running a virus protection program while you are defragging the mind of its broken thoughts. It is the going into silence, the process of quieting the mind which lends itself to this process of clearing out the clutter. It may take time to reach a point where you can feel the emergence of silence, but it will come.

Meditation, Mindfulness or Mindful-Meditations is helpful. It can be like the MacAfee or Norton Virus Protector for clearing out the viruses of your mind. It is the process of learning to quite-down the mind which allows for you to learn more about yourself and the ways you personally process your life. This process, the process of quieting the mind, is quite powerfully empowering. This time of quieting the mind affords you the personal loving time with your-self for self-nurturing and healing. This understanding of how-to self-nurture the mind is a critical tool for living a peacefully happy life, where you can always find silence amid all the noise.

More to come on Meditation, Mindfulness, and Mindful-Meditation.

The Puzzle

We All are the Missing Piece

Every single individual piece of the puzzle is as important as every other piece of the whole puzzle. It does not matter if it is a corner piece, an edge piece, a middle piece, a sky piece, a floral piece, a plain piece, or a colored piece, each piece holds the same importance, although with different significances. This is easily understood when one or more pieces are missing from the completed but missing individual significant pieces finished puzzle. No matter how much we may enjoy the picture created by all the collected pieces coming together in unison, our eyes will always be pulled, somewhat disturbingly, to the spaces of the missing piece(s). It cannot truly be a completed puzzle without having all the pieces completely together. Yes, every single one of the pieces is all the pieces. Such is each of our individual parts in this world which is of all of ours. We each have a significant individual role in the reality of this world. We each must participate our individual parts equally and in harmony, together in unison, to create a harmonious complete picture of a unified reality. It does not work well even if only one individual’s part, one individual piece is missing or not included equally and harmoniously. Namaste

Clear it all out – It is Time to Let-Go of the Toxins in Our Lives

Letting-Go of the Toxicity

When we let go of something toxic, we remove it from our home, body, mind, or heart, or even from our soul. We do our best to dispose of it, not only by letting it go, but we throw it away; we distance ourselves from it. Hopefully, it is removed to somewhere far away. Yet this is not quite enough. We need to make sure we clean-out any remanence of it. Toxins tend to leave a trace of itself.  It is as if it leaves a heavy stain or a bad odor as a placeholder, so it can return later. So, letting-go, discarding it, is just the beginning of what we must do.

So, what am I talking about here? I am talking about the toxic things we allow ourselves to get caught-up with. We just cannot simply throw them out like we throw-out the trash. This degree of toxicity needs thorough after-cleaning. What is the nature of this cleaning which needs to be conducted? Well, it first involves understanding what it is which allowed for the circumstances of the situation to occur in the first place. What is it specifically which invited the toxin in? Are you aware of what it is, and what is the belief you’re supporting which allowed for it to occur? Sometime the true root cause of the toxin is not the situation or person itself, yes, they can be toxic too. But the beliefs which attracts that type of situation is the true culprit.

As we prepare to enter a new year, and we make the shift into a new beginning, it is a designated time to clean out the toxins in our lives. This may come as letting-go of things you no longer use or wear. There are lots of homeless people in need you can donate to. Then there is our inner-personal-cleaning. That is of clearing-out our minds of the toxic and flawed belief systems we no longer have any need for, because they no longer serve our health and well-being. And of course, there is our sweet loving hearts. Time to let go of old pains from the past. There is no use for the painful hurt they carry. After a while they become toxically cluttering and take up the space love can use for self-nurturing and for loving growth. Doing all of this serves and heals the soul as its blockages are cleared-out. Remember it is not always as simple as saying and believing the toxins are gone. The work is in replacing them with new healthy and supportive belief systems and loving people who support who you aspire to be. So, have fun filled enjoyment cleaning-out the old toxic stuff to make room for, and to add to, your new healthy life. Use plenty of lux (loving) soap, it makes the work easier.

If the Shoe Doesn’t Fit You Needn’t Wear it

Critics criticize with projected criticism

Criticism is not always about the object or person being criticized. Criticism is sometime a reflection in the personal mirror of the one criticizing. It is a reflective projection from an interpretation living in their personal reality and looking for a foothold for a display in another’s reality. The criticism is not always meant for or is about the person or thing being criticized; it is meant for the one doing the criticizing. Now that all that is said I must add this. If the shoe fits you simply wear it. You may be glad you did as you learn something while wearing it. But it is not always a shoe you would wear. It is important to know the difference. Enjoy your day wearing your properly fitted shoes.

Flow…

Flow. Life is a natural flow of creative wellness. It is when we resist this natural flow, we experience the resistance of stressful turbulence. As life is a natural flow, we simply need to let ourselves relax to experience it. When we become relaxed, we can then easily slip into the reassuring space of peaceful and loving mindfulness. It is such a quiet and relaxing place of calm and delight, simply floating carefree within the natural flow of life on the comfortable waves of time.

For anyone to merge into this space of this delightful place, simply let go of all the pulls and pushes of the mind and emotions, if even just for a few moments. Believe me the pulls and pushes of life do not go far from us, but you don’t have to hold on to them, if you choose to be free. Trust yourself and let go to enter your soothing calm of the natural delightful flow of peacefulness. It is so, so, so very refreshing. Simply stop, let-go, relax, take a deep breath. That’s it, breathe and follow the slow rhythm of your breath, in…… and then… out…….. slowly watching it, and perhaps hearing it. As if you are watching the waves at the shore and listening to their soothing sounds, repeatedly coming in…… and then… going out…….. and in a matter of moments, you are in the natural flow of life. It is now your flow, and it is there whenever you want it. Remember that. Namaste.

Let-go & Be Free

Letting-Go is the Power of Freedom

Living in New England and being exposed to the beauty of nature here has taught me many life lessons. One of these lessons is the importance of letting go to mature as I grow. When we reflect-back at our lives from the earliest period forward, the truth of this statement about letting-go becomes quite self-evident. Just imagine if you did not let-go of the multitude of life experiences and the behaviors they brought, which were a part of your life at one time or another. Letting-go is definitely about our growth and maturity. It’s about learning to let-go of what has become old, outdated, out-worn, small and inhibiting, detrimental and harmful, and even childish? Yes, it is surely important for us to grow and mature, so we can get a better understanding of how to navigate and handle the sharpened edges of life without becoming shipwrecked.

Getting back to where I started, nature and the wisdom she revealed to me, particularly concerning letting-go. Just think of a tree and how once a year it lets-go of all its leaves. Imagine if it refused to let-go of its leaves because it grew attached to them. Yes, it would have leaves year-round, but would the tree be able to grow and mature without letting go of what has become old and used out. Leaves have a particular purpose in a tree’s growth and serves the tree and us well. Yet, letting-go of the leaves seasonally allows for the branches to extend themselves with growth. And as the branches extend themselves, they bring in a beautiful and bountiful growth of new fresh and rewarding leaves. Then it has a new period of flowering and fruiting, as it continues to grow and mature. We can say it is the same for ourselves, that we are like the tree. We too, need to let-go of the old, to shed what is no longer serving our growth and wellbeing, to make room for what is new and refreshing for our life’s maturity and growth. We too can bear the new leaves of healthy experiences, while budding to flower new fragrant insights of a mature understanding. Most incredibly we too can bear fresh new delectable fruit for our personal life and others’ lives. This is the new and refreshing fruit of new opportunities, new friends, and the cultivation of new relationships, and so much, much more.

Yes, it is all a part of letting-go of the old to make room for what is waiting as a new season of growth in your life. So, start letting those old leaves of yours gently detach to fall-away with time, as you loosen your hold and become free. Free to make room for the coming of the new, all created by the power of letting-go.

Balance is a Key to Life

Balance is the Key to Maintaining Wellbeing

Nature is the one who provides us with the ability to have dwellings, and the materials for the creation of all we have in life, which includes our bodies. She is always quietly whispering to us through her musical orchestrated dance of life, “Life is a balance, and balance sustains life”. She, Nature, does not only whisper it, but she also demonstrates it through her endless cycles, which makes up our days and realization of time. Balance keeps the equilibrium of life in sync. The message is clear, balance is a master key to life, a key provided to us for living a healthy life. We count-on and invest-in this eternal rhythmic and cyclical balance to keep our bodies, mind, and emotional state healthy. I for one appreciate the value of the consistent reminders which nature has provided for us. In turn we must heed the message of nature which resonates throughout the galaxy. Balance provides a unified order, and when things are unified and in order there is a healthy sustained result.  So must it be with our lives in conjunction with the things which make up our day and our relationships. These relationships and things are the instruments we play, which make up the rhythmic song and dance of our lives.

There is always a healthy need for putting our lives in balance. Without balance chaos ensues, and ill health of some form is spawned as a sign of our life is out of balance. Balance is necessary to sustain good health and a healthy relationship with life. So, check, is your life in balance? Balancing is Honoring The Self.
