Life is a Happening
Yes, life is a happening all the time. Life is a nonstop unfoldment of expressions and experiences, which are easily internalized. Then, on the other hand, life is a choice of what to internalize. Choice is a power which we all need to develop knowledgeably. It has been said, “We are the masters of our own faith”. You may be scratching your head about now and wondering how that is possible. The truth is it is possible in its own personal way for each of us.
As individuals we all have the right to determine for ourselves who we are, or how we manage who we are. Like the weather life will determine for us what the situational atmosphere can be at any given time. That does not mean we are not at choice to how we will manage ourselves. Of how we choose to approach and handle the experience of that moment’s situation. It simply depends on your intention at that moment. Our intention or motivation controls our relationship to anything, person, or situation we are relating to. When we understand our underlying intention, our motivation in the moment, we can manage our approach to any situation. We can manage it from a place where we can decide for our self the influence it will have on us and over us. This understanding is an aspect of the practice of mindfulness.
Mindfulness has a key importance in our lives. Mindfulness allows for us in a knowledgeable way, to take the time we need for our self to determine how we choose to manage our self in the moment. It is this self-management, which is an act of self-love, which allows for us to be at choice as to how we choose for our-self in that moment. It is the personal choice we make for our own development, and our overall health and well-being, and most importantly for our future self.
Yes, the world may seem like it is crazy and overwhelmingly frightening at this present time, but you do not have to act crazy or be overwhelmingly frighten yourself. Our first responsibility is to ourselves, to manage ourselves to reflect the level of maturity needed to live an evolved life. If you wish, no, if you choose to affect the changes you believe is necessary in this world, you first must affect those changes in yourself. We all need to learn to manage our thoughts and emotions in a healthy and powerful way, so they reflect outwardly what we wish to see in the world. We need to evolve ourselves to meet the challenges of today. Each one of us is needed. Therefore, mindfulness is needed. Therefore, we all need to, or should I say, we all must artfully practice mindfulness to facilitate a beautiful life for the development of a beautiful world. Namaste.
